I like experimenting with food. I made a peach sauce from scratch the other day that tasted great over scones. (Peaches, cornstarch, water, nutmeg, cinnamon, almond extract, sugar--skin and mash up the peaches mix it all up and simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.)
I like cooking and and baking, and I am rather good at it, if I do say so myself.

Sounds delicious! I made oatmeal butterscotch chip and coconut cookies the other day... and Mmmmm they were great!
